Bios! Well folks, we got it done. Now it's time for the reunion. I want to take a couple of minutes to thank all of you guys for making this website so much fun. When we started it, Sept. 14th last year, I didn't really know what might work, and what wouldn't, but I did know that I wanted to find out what you guys had been doing. So I thought that the notion of senior class pictures along side the "classic" version of ourselves would be a lot of fun. I didn't realize that it would be so cool - reading about what we've done with our lives - our children, our grandchildren, our tragedies, our grace. 40 years is a long time, and a lot has happened - to all of us. I believe that the confluence of growing up in both a farm community and a university town has had a wonderful effect on all of us - it has kept our feet on the ground - connected to the earth, while opening the possiblities of intellectual endeavor. It has also instilled the values of land, spirit, and continued optimism in the face of gigantic change in the world around us. Thanks, Class of '66 - see you Friday! Milt Lee |

Friday, August 18, 2006 6:43 AM Well, folks, I really want to thank everybody who thought that the webpage was good. I appreciate it very much. At the reunion, we decided to keep up the page, and I suggested that we turn it into a Blog. So everybody can post their own stuff. If you decide to send a bio - via the blog, then I'll make it into a bio page, but generally, it's going to be a "WASH AND WEAR" site. Pretty much self sustaining. Write on your calendar right now that we are going to get back together in 10 years. We thought about 20, but that seemed a little too optimistic - but HEY, we are after all THE TANAGERS! It was really really wonderful - truly. I'm going to put a video together of our weekend, and post it soon. Also if you have pictures that you want to share from the weekend, send them, and I'll post them too. Connie sent me a bunch of pictures and I'm going to get them up too. Thanks Connie - especially for the class picture! IF any of you have other class pictures, then send them along to my email milt at realrez dot com - I trust you can turn that into an email address.
