bio: My Life since 1966:
After High School graduation I went to Nettleton Business Community College. Then I began working for A. B. Dick Products Co. in sioux City. I started out as a secretary then began traveling in the surrounding area to instruct businesses and schools on how to use the business equipment that A. B. Dick sold.
During that time I met my husband, Gary. When we had our first daughter, Jennifer, I became a stay at home mom. Three years later our second daughter, Susan, was born.
When Susan started kindergarten I worked in the lunchroom at my girls' school for 2 hours a day. The school boundaries changed and our girls were not going to Longfellow School. As luck would have it I became the school secretary at Longfellow.
Gary and I coached girls softball for several years. We still live in Sioux City. We are both retired. I worked at Longfellow for 20 years and Gary was a math teacher for 37 years.
Jennifer and her husband Steve have 2 daughters, Addy and Brianna. They are at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia. Steve is a Major in the Air Force and works in Intelligence.
Susan also has 2 daughters, Leila and Hanaa. They moved to Bellevue, NE last year. They had lived in Chandler, AZ for 9 years.
