Elton Winters	MY LIFE
	Seems like only yesterday that we escaped to Colorado 1975). I got married to Patsy, a gal I met @ USD. We are still married after all these years (sounds like a song). We have now lived in Colorado for more that half of our lives. Additionally, we have 2 kids, both boys (26 & 29), one at Avaya and the other at Echostar. My career involved telecommunications and technology. It was good to us. I retired when the tec bubble broke in July of 2001. Life continues to be great. Colorado has wonderful people but they have the something that Eastern SD will never have, the Rockies. However if Al Gore is correct (fat chance) perhaps Vermillion will have mountains in 20 or 30 million years!! We would consider a relocation if that happens. Life in Lone Tree Colorado (a suburb of Denver) could not be better. With a little skiing, fly fishing, bow hunting, camping, biking, Coors beer, good cigars and fine wine (maybe not so fine, just red) and some politics we live in a perfect utopia where liberals are rare.
